IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PRIVACY POLICY PERIODICALLY. IF AT ANY TIME YOU FIND EITHER UNACCEPTABLE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE WEBSITE AND CEASE USING THE SERVICES. Unless westcoastmedicalsupplies.com obtains Your express consent, any revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected by westcoastmedicalsupplies.com after such time as the revised Privacy Policy takes effect, and not to information collected under any earlier Privacy Policies.

    All orders placed on the Website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to westcoastmedicalsupplies.com shipping policies. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) then shipped out via USPS standard mail service. USPS typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver "after product has left our facility". In the rare event that your order never arrives; notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot cancel orders once an order is made, due to our shipping process which is collected and prepared once an order is made.

    Return Policy

    Please read the Return Policy in full before calling customer support. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any purchase within thirty (30) days from receipt of order for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund you must follow the following guidelines:

    1. To receive a refund, you must call customer care at 855-714-3484 for Return Number (RMA#). Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded.
    2. Place your RMA# inside or outside of the package along with your name and address.
    3. All qualified return products must have the proper RMA number on the box (see above) and be shipped to the address given by the customer service center.

    Once we issue your refund, it may take 5-10 days for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between westcoastmedicalsupplies.com and You, concerning Your use of the Websites. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. You and westcoastmedicalsupplies.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement or infringement of proprietary or other third-party rights by You would cause irreparable injury to westcoastmedicalsupplies.com and westcoastmedicalsupplies.com licensors and suppliers, and would therefore entitle westcoastmedicalsupplies.com or westcoastmedicalsupplies.com licensors or suppliers, as the case may be, to injunctive relief. The headings in this Agreement are for the purpose of convenience only and shall not limit, enlarge, or affect any of the covenants, terms, conditions, or provisions of this Agreement.
